Here's how:

1. Download the zip file I have uploaded from one of the links below.
2. Open the "nls" folder, inside there will be 2 folders and a registry file.
3. Install the 3 fonts in the font folder. (cyberbit.ttf, simhei.ttf, simcun.ttf)
4. Copy the content of the nls (C_936.NLS,C_10008.NLS, C_20936.NLS) folder into "C:\Windows\System32"
5. Run the registry file (hack.reg)
6. Go to "control panels > regional and language options > Administrative Tab > Change system locale > Select Chinese (Simplified, PRC) > press OK > Restart the computer.
7. You should be able to view Chinese/Japanese/Korean now.
8. This step is only required if you see boxes in some areas. Revert the system locale setting back to English, restart, and repeat step 6. It should work perfectly after two repeats.
9. To add typing functionality download google pinyin IME from: http://www.google.com/ime/pinyin/

Edit: I have found nls files in c/windows/system32, is it there? There's also a Fonts folder, is it there?
A small step by step would be appreciated XD

Yep same steps.
3. (cyberbit.ttf, simhei.ttf, simcun.ttf) RIGHT CLICK ON THEM AND SELECT INSTALL.
4. Copy (C_936.NLS,C_10008.NLS, C_20936.NLS) folder into "C:\Windows\System32"
6. Go to "control panels > regional and language options > Administrative Tab > Change system locale > Select Chinese (Simplified, PRC) > press OK > Restart the computer.

Still looking for the reg tweak. in the mean time try the above and see if it works anyway. Let me know.
