Depends on which processor you have, Intel or AMD. Intel processors are easier, AMD processors are harder or almost impossible in some cases.

Give us some more info about your system, like processor, GPU, wlan/wired.

It should run either Snow Leopard, Lion or Mountain Lion. Lion is the most stable at the moment as ML has a few problems with graphics at the moment.

The easiest option is to download iATKOS_L2 and replace the kernel. The kernel you need is this one,

Code: Select allhttp://www.mediafire.com/download/lz9gow6rw3k6dav/mach_kernel_FX_10_7_5_64.zip

As for replacing the kernel on the install image grab a copy of TransMac for Windows to replace the kernel. You can then choose to burn to DVD or use a USB drive to install from.

If you face any problems or have a question ask away :coo:

Is it possible to install it alongside Windows 7? Same HDD separate partitions

Yes but it will mess up the Windows bootloader. I always recommend a separate HDD. You could install with OS X without the bootloader and use a USB drive to boot it.

Just tried this but the size of the ISO grew from 4.3GB 50 over 7GB.

EasyBCD should be able to allow a option in Windows bootloader to boot into OSX.

Going to sound strange but the Install Failed message isn't always true lol. The kernel panic is due to the kext cache. Try adding -f to your boot flags.
