It is now possible to run OS X Mavericks on your AMD machine thanks to Andy Vandijck, Sinetek and Bronya the developers behind the AMD Development.

Note that if you have a nVidia card you will not be able to run Mavericks due to graphical errors but ATI users can with minimal problems.

Enjoy,

Still need a new gfx card. The "APU" that I have won't cut it but it will run with a discrete card?!.

nVidia APU is it? A discrete card will work as long as its ATI ;)
