Renewed few things (see first post):
Replaced that HD5450 with GT630 (MSI Global – Graphics Card - N630GT-MD1GD3 )
Replaced faulty PSU with RAIDMAX:: RX-500AF
Added 3 more gigs to memory, ended up with 6 gigs, planning upgrading to 8 in not so distant future.
