LIQUID COOLING LOOP BELOW

Ok guy's lets take a look down below at how i've configured some of the pipe work

for the liquied cooling loop. Ok looking below

Image

Pipe work starting to come on.

Image

All the square blocks i made at work they are 28mm square just right size

so you can adjust the bitspower fittings without catching the case.

Below is one of the blocks made from aluminium.

Image
Image

aligning the holes on the the rear for the reservoir to pass through.

Image

Bitspower fittings & a enzotech dual rotary to make the connection Piece

for the liquied to loop through the reservoir.

Image
Image

All connected now the bottom part of the loop is complete.

Image
Image

Enjoy guys, just to mention that this build as been in progress

since last november although i've had a few changes on the way.

i'm currantly working on the final piece which is total "SICKAGE"

You'll see i will probably make you all puke. -lol-

More pics coming soon.

Ok guy's more pics from the build.

see how i connected the loop to the reservoir & pumps i basically did the same for the inlet.

Image

Image belows shows how i covered the side for the drive bays

after removing the plastic cover that comes as standard.

Image

Holes drilled for dual reservoir filling.

Image

L.E.D.S. Added to the under side of the case for that little extra bling -lol-

Image

Also removed the rubber feet & replaced with aluminium for easy sliding on & off desk.

Image

Here i had a big change of mind after buying the MARS 2, i wanted the 3 - 8pin cables

to go through the plate.

Image
Image
Image
Image

Ok i added a little filler here help make it much better

for laying the carbon vinyl effect wrap due to lumps & bumps.

Image

i boared out the threads on the bitspower fitting so no thread effect showing

give them a little spray got to admit that plate now looks pretty sick.

I have to admit I am not a big fan of reservoirs or RADs outside of a case but you have done an excellent modding job on this and I like it a lot. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for the comment m8, this kinda goes back to the theory behind cooling, externally is cooler than internally, probably by a few degrees

but nothing to get to excited about although internally may look cleaner in some cases, I guess it all depends weather its a rush job or weather someone as taken there time and you can see the benefits.

I'll post more pics over the weekend.

Lower case moddification.

Ok guys here's what i came up with to discreetly hide the PSU and mass of cables etc.

The plate is 1mm think aluminium, with a 1.5mm perspex rear plate to which i gave it a

very fine blasting to create an opaque effect or frosted effect so we can't see anything

in the lower section of the case.

Image

Image

Image

Here is how the plate slides in & out.

Image

looks very nice with the side panel on

Image

Below you can see the L.E.D. bars i made to illuminate the MONSTA cut out.

I also used a little silicone to fix them up, to prevent them falling down.

Image

Looks much better now after applying the carbon vinyl wrap.

Image

looking awesome now in place & all them cables you cant see.

Image

Image

Side panel on & illuminated looking awesome.

Image

Image

Ok guy's the build is almost complete i'll upload a few more pics

Then you have seen the new build, the best is to come.

Image

Hope you've enjoyed the pics so far

Last few pics coming soon.

Front skull head with HDD activity leds.

Ok guys check out the image below for the finishing touches to the EXTREME MONTSA

I purchased a couple of the skull fan grill guards from mnpctech.

as you can see below i bolted it to some wood to which it had a square block behind it

i then put it in the lathe using a four jaw chuck got it centered up & put a 2mm groove in the rear side

Image

This was to fit the mesh going around the fan grill guard i also put on the inside stuck to the mesh

some plastic card to which i gave it a slight sanding to create a frosted effect so you couldn't see inside.

Well its been a real pleasure sharing all the images with you guys & its been a good

10 to 11 months project, there as been many changes on the way ive got one little project to finish

which is a back plate for the sound card i'll get round to it some time soon i hope.

anyway you can see the EXTREME MONSTA its its glory as a finished project.

I'm also working on a VIDEO to which i will also post and let you have a good look round.
