There's a way to get some of the info via CMD window and via Control Panel, check the following short tutorial for both of these methods:
CMD - Method
In startmenu's searchbox type cmd and hit enter, then type systeminfo and hit enter, this window should appear:
Or type msinfo32 into the cmd window and this window appears:
Control Panel - method
Or hit your start button then Control Panel and then Performance Information and Tools, and then, in the list of results, click Performance Information and Tools, this window appears:
Or you can open dxdiag which opens this window:
