still the same , Chrome is the same way also

safari and chrome appear the same and when you log in the top part follows

I went to the same forum as stihlcut and here is the page in Chrome,

All seems fine. Tested the whole site in the browsers and its fine. Must be a problem on your end

I don't know what the problem could be on my end , Safari has no ext. installed it is vanilla 5.03 and chrome also, apparently its not just me as stated by buster.
Its a mystery why it works for some and others?

In Chrome got to the settings menu and select Tools > Clear browsing data... Then select Cache only and change the period of time to everything.
In Safari select the settings menu and select Reset Safari. Then select 'Empty the cache'

Try this and it will hopefully fix your problems

have you cleared the cache on safari?
