im running windows 8 and every so oftern the the connection keeps dissconecting

How are you connecting? Have you installed anything recently that would cause the problem.

im using wireless its like every 20 mins or so i get a little yellow triangle on the wireless signal
I have had this similar problem in Windows 7 but I got it sorted, appeared that I had some necessary services disabled, so to be fix this problem follow steps below:
1. Open Services by typing services.msc into the startmenu's searchbox and hit enter
2. Then make sure of that these services all set to Automatic and Manual state

Wired AutoConfig - Manual
3. Then restart your computer and browse internet for awhile to make sure of that this problem is gone.
