i burned rog rampage to a disc and it wont let me boot the disc when i press f12 it just shows the windows 8 logo
What is your current OS? What steps you have already tried? Computer model?
im running windows 8 its a acer aspire v5-751
Go to your Bios again and try to disable Secure Boot (If you have a setting for that in your Bios).

Just start installation from Windows 8 and choose partition where you want to install it. This should work. 
If steroids are illegal for athletes, shouldn't Photoshop be illegal for models ???
If I remember correctly you need to enable the windows legacy boot from the bios option. that will let you install older windows version.

i got it all working i did what neuropass said i changed it to legacey bios
