If steroids are illegal for athletes, shouldn't Photoshop be illegal for models ???
I don't think Neuropass will be angry at you if you want to tweak someone else OS what I do is I've get permission first before I do any tweaking to it as long as you didn't upload it anywhere I think you are fine.
I had to get permission for doing my Windows 7 Remix I used a lot of other people work to make this OS. at least I ask before I've upload it to the web......

I didnt tweak OS ( no need for that ) just the theme and i don't think to upload it on web. I did it just for me. If Neuro like it he should upload, if not stays as is.
